Now i am level 21, and i am pretty sure if i upgrade my hidden blade one more time, i can sneak attack them for an instant kill. Not going to go after the higher level phylakes until i am level 30-ish. Whenyou defeat him, you’ll get the Phylake’s Prey side quest. The quest will task you with killing the remaining nine Phylakes. Here’s where you can find them: The Outsider (level 20) – Alexandria. Ptolemy’s Fist (level 22) – Sap-Meh Nome. Basically I snuck up, stabbed them, dropped a smoke bomb, and then played some cat and mouse with them. Im not aware of such an option in Origins. Imho the best you can do is upgrade your Hidden Blade and perhaps disable level scaling (called Enemy Auto-Level, which is disabled by default except in New Game Plus). If you're still having trouble with assassinations, experiment with a lower game difficulty setting. 3.
